Q. What does MI stand for?

A. MI are the initials of the founder of MI taxis, Mick Igoe.

 

Q. Do we fix fares?

A. Yes on long journeys we can arrange for a fixed fare price.

 

Q. How long will it take to get a vehicle to me?

A. Generally we have available cars at most times of the day and, if you are in Nuneaton and traffic is average, they will take no longer than 10 minutes to get to you.

 

Q. When do you open/close?

A. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all banks holidays and  Christmas day!

 

Q. Where are you located?

A. Our main office is situated in Attleborough Industrial Estate, Nuneaton. We cover all local areas including Bedworth, Bulkington and Hinckley.

 

Q. I have lost something in a taxi, how do I go about getting it back?

A. Our drivers check their vehicles after every pick up. If they find something in their vehicle they will bring it to Head Office to be put in the lost property box. Please call to see if we have it.

 

Q. How do I make a complaint?

A. Please call the office, where we can advice of who to make the complaint to, dependent on the details.

 

Q. Whats the largest seater vehicle you can supply?

A. Our largest vehicles are 8 seater mini buses.

 

Q. Can we carry wheelchairs?

A. Yes, we have several different vehicles with solid and twin ramps to hold wheelchairs including electric wheelchairs.

 

Q. Can we supply unmarked vehicles for executive travel and wedding hire?

A. Yes we have Jaguars and Mercedes cars which can be unmarked if required. Please advise if you require top signs to be removed as well as logos.

 

Q. What is the easiest way to book a taxi?

A. The easiest way to book, is online or through our app, as its very easy and quick to use, and no waiting on the phones at our busiest times.

 

Q. Can I pay by card?

A. Yes! Please call the office, we have a card payment machine which accepts all major debit and credit cards, excluding American Express.
